Our History
Telikoz Cyber Academy was founded by the leadership behind Telikoz Infotech Private Limited, a technology company established in 2018 with expertise in software development, enterprise platforms, EdTech LMS and cybersecurity services.
As Telikoz Infotech expanded its cybersecurity operations, the founders recognised a growing challenge within the industry — the demand for skilled cybersecurity professionals was rapidly increasing, while access to practical, industry-ready training remained limited.
To address this gap, Telikoz Cyber Academy was established as a structured learning platform designed to combine industry expertise, practical training environments, and certification-oriented education.
As part of this initiative, Telikoz Cyber Academy brought together dedicated teams responsible for curriculum development, academic delivery, trainer development, cybersecurity awareness initiatives, institutional partnerships, and academy expansion, creating a strong foundation for long-term academic growth.
The academy initially began delivering cybersecurity programs through its partner Cyber Moksha, providing training for students within college campuses. While this model successfully introduced cybersecurity education to many learners, it soon became clear that a campus-centric approach limited the number of students who could access advanced training.
This insight led to the establishment of Telikoz Cyber Academy as a dedicated physical academy network, enabling the organisation to scale its programs and reach a wider community of learners.
Today, Telikoz Cyber Academy continues to expand its presence through partner academies and franchise centres, bringing structured cybersecurity education to more regions across India.

Leadership
With over 25 years of experience spanning IT, infrastructure, and construction, Prasanna Kumar is a visionary entrepreneur and strategic leader. Specialising in automation, motion graphics, and business transformation strategies, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to technology-driven growth.
As Co-Founder and Director of Telikoz Cyber Academy, he drives the organisation’s long-term vision, expansion strategy, and institutional collaborations. His expertise in business development and strategic partnerships plays a pivotal role in strengthening academic alliances, scaling franchise networks, and positioning the academy as a forward-looking cybersecurity education provider.
An IIM Lucknow alumnus based in Thiruvananthapuram, Ahamed Jawad brings over 25 years of experience in ERP systems, School management software and cybersecurity services. His strong foundation in enterprise systems and business strategy enables him to bridge technology with scalable education models.
As Director and Co-Founder, he leads academic strategy and institutional framework development at Telikoz Cyber Academy. He focuses on building industry-aligned program structures, ensuring employer relevance, and supporting scalable delivery of cybersecurity training across diverse geographic regions.
Operational Team
An IIM Belgium, Master in Business Administration Degree holder and with a Bachelor in Electronics along with certifications including CompTIA A+ IIHT, Deepak Krishnakumar brings over 25 years of industry experience with expertise spanning business consultancy, IT infrastructure, and curriculum development for cybersecurity programs.
As COO and Operations Head, he oversees organizational growth, operational strategy, process optimization, and alignment of academy quality with business execution. His structured leadership ensures scalable expansion and operational efficiency across the academy network.
With more than 25 years of experience in software technology and business management, Anil Sreedhar brings deep technical and strategic expertise to the organisation.
As CTO and Technology Partner, he provides leadership in infrastructure architecture, enterprise technology integration, and advanced technical ecosystem design. His guidance supports the development of scalable learning platforms, secure lab environments, and robust management systems that power the academy’s digital education framework.
With more than 20 years of experience in B2B sales, investor onboarding, and business scaling, Suishmi Siraj leads national operations and franchise expansion for Telikoz Cyber Academy.
She oversees operational standardisation, academic implementation, compliance and franchise performance across all training centres. Her leadership ensures operational excellence, structured student lifecycle management and consistent program delivery nationwide, strengthening the academy’s growth and sustainability.
Kailas Satheesan — CFO with over two decades of finance leadership, specializing in EdTech and global business expansion. Strong track record in raising capital, leading financial strategy, and scaling businesses across international markets.
As Chief Financial Officer, he leads financial strategy, business planning, compliance, and performance optimization, supporting sustainable growth and operational efficiency across the organization.
Academic Team
A B.Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering with certifications including CEH (v12), ISC2-CC, CRTOM, CTIGA, CCEP and MCNA, John Sanju Justin is a cybersecurity analyst and research writer for five years of domain experience.
Affiliated with Telikoz Infotech and Cyber Moksha for more than four years and mentored by Mr. Subash Babu, he leads the academy’s technical training division. He specializes in SOC operations, cyber forensics, and VAPT, developing practical lab exercises, mentoring learners, and delivering hands-on, industry-aligned training programs.
Holding a B.Tech, M.Tech, and PhD in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Dr. Soumyababu Sreejith brings over 13 years of teaching experience in Electronics and Communication.
She leads innovation initiatives, research integration, and emerging technology programs at Telikoz Cyber Academy. By incorporating advanced cybersecurity frameworks and evolving technological practices into curriculum design, she strengthens the academy’s focus on research-driven, future-ready skill development.

Founder & Director – Cyber Moksha
With over 15 years of cybersecurity industry experience, Subash Babu is a senior cybersecurity leader and former Deputy Commander of Kerala Police Cyber Dome. He has trained law enforcement agencies under the Government of Kerala and Government of Tamil Nadu and has served as NCDRC State Head.
As a mentor to Telikoz Cyber Academy, he provides strategic direction, advanced technical expertise, and industry insights that shape high-end cybersecurity training and enterprise-grade skill development initiatives.
Founder – Avanzo Academy
With over 20 years of industry experience, Dr. Dhanya Pattathil Menon is recognised as India’s first woman cybercrime investigator. She leads Avanzo Cyber Security with expertise in digital forensics, information security audits, ISO 27001 compliance, and cyber awareness initiatives.
As a mentor to Telikoz Cyber Academy, she contributes deep investigative expertise and thought leadership in cyber forensics, strengthening the academy’s forensic and investigative training vertical.

With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, Ajith Kumar Parakkad is the CEO of Avanzo Cyber Solutions and AVZ LLC. His expertise includes Security Policy development, audits, and public-private partnership initiatives.
As a mentor, he contributes strategic industry perspectives, technical advisory support, and curriculum insights that help bridge theoretical knowledge with practical cybersecurity implementation.
